Refund policy
Returns/exchanges
IN STORE returns and exchanges must be made within 24 hours of purchase or the next open business day whichever is less. Items must be obviously unworn with original tags and no damage. Must be returned by original purchaser or have a receipt presented.
ONLINE ORDERS customers must be notify store within 48 hours of receiving their order if they would like to return and item must be sent back within 10 days of notification. Item must be obviously unworn with original tags and no damage. Items will be received and refund given per refund policy below.
Refunds for online orders
Once return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit it was purchased on will automatically be credited.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, beverages cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will also be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
